Welcome to EET Fitness / EAT Weight Loss: THE BLOG

The purpose of this blog will be to post essays and other information from my private journal that I feel are timely and will help EET/EAT Participants in their efforts to build their permanent EET/EAT Plan.

The information will not necessarily be sequential (that’s in development) but rather something that I want to share or something that helps an EET/EAT Participant that I think can help others as well.

Also note that many entries will be unedited so please forgive grammar, spelling, wordiness, etc.  Those will get resolved in time.

Any other feedback is welcome and ecouraged.  I truly believe the more questions you ask, the more weight you will lose and the more permanent your plan will be so hopefully you will find this blog helpful.
