When Mark Chapman went on the EET Fitness Plan in late October 2009, he said if could EVER get his weight down from 190 pounds (picture on left) to 175 pounds, he would be thrilled.
Well, fast forward 5 short months and Mark is currently looking at quite a different picture. He has lost about 23 pounds following EET’s guidelines and now weighs 167 pounds (picture on right).
Now, instead of struggling and hoping he can lose weight, Mark is DECIDING how much more weight he might want to lose before he takes a shot at EET Bodybuilding to add even more muscle than EET Fitness already has helped him create.

Mark feels strongly that he has found a permanent plan using the EET Fitness Plan. Here’s some of his thoughts about his use of the EET Fitness Plan,
Back in December 2009, DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON — Mark said:
“EET Fitness is effective and easy to follow. It is simple to follow the recommended timing of meals as well as the choice of meals, without giving up your favorite foods. The workouts do not take up a large amount of time and are effective. I’ve lost 12 pounds in 5.5 weeks and am enjoying the process.”

Now, 3 months later (5 months total), when most dieters would be off that “lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks” fad diet with no weight lost and on to their 2010 “new year’s resolution diet”, Mark has lost around 23 pounds and continues to go stronger than ever on THE SAME EET FITNESS PLAN!
IMPORTANT KEY TO SUCCESS
Mark feels (and EET agrees) that one of the most important keys to his success is his weekly email exchanges with his “EET Consultant”. Mark emails EET his forecasts and actual eating and exercise journal for a weekly review. This has led to many small adjustments to his EET plan that have resulted in more weight lost.
For example, during a recent week in which he changed some of his eating timing which led to a 2-3 pound weight gain, EET was able to spot the problems with his timing and suggest adjustments.
Several days later, using EET’s “real time” guidance Mark reached his lowest weight since joining EET (and probably since high school!) at 166.8! Here’s what he wrote:
Today I weighed in at 166.8 after being in the 168-169 the past several days – a new record and I didn’t do a Swedish (fat burning interval workout) this morning. I did this even though I had a Italian sausage Tuesday evening, Wednesday morning (my treat) and Wednesday for lunch. But I stuck with 10511 and my revised eating schedule (per you). Watching the carbs and treats and eating them only within metabolic window times….Many thanks!
This weekly email consulting approach has worked out beautifully for 5 months and there’s no reason it won’t continue to help Mark get the permanent weight loss and fitness he desires.
EET: JUST AS EFFECTIVE EVEN IF YOU DON’T WANT TO EAT SWEETS!
One other point worth noting. Mark’s EET “Core Food” list doesn’t include as much of the donuts, cakes, candies and “dilly bars” of “certain other” EET participants. :-).
But, in addition to sweets, there are countless foods that can make you overweight and less fit if eaten at the wrong times such as red meat, pasta, alcohol, fruit, bread, cheese, chips, crackers, nuts, beans and many many others.
BUT UNLIKE ANY OTHER DIET PLAN – EET LET’S YOU EAT ALL OF THESE FOODS AND MORE – AND YOU CAN LOSE WEIGHT AND IMPROVE FITNESS DOING IT IF YOU FOLLOW EET’S TIMING GUIDELINES!
EET works for Mark because EET has timing answers for all types of foods. And it’s flexible enough to help him properly time the “treat” foods he loves and lose a lot of weight FAST while becoming far more fit!
