Chicken Sandwich 450 (with sauce)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (used part of bun)

Back At house (still same meal)

Midday Activity

None – Rested, watched movies

10 sets jump rope – swedish style – all fast feet sets – up from 8 yesterday

Note: Best workout with the least pain since injury but still could not go full intensity
