Diabetic EETer Jim shows off his newfound fitness along with his 5.0 A1C Reading — Down from 7.6 in just 4 months on EET and he’s kept it down for 14 months and counting – SEE JIM’S ACTUAL KAISER PERMANENTE BLOOD RESULTS BELOW!

First, for you folks new to The EET Fitness Plan, here’s a quick review:

Jim doesn’t own a computer (he’s getting to it he swears!), so I have been badgering him for some time to share his incredible medical results through his first year plus on EET.

FINALLY, at last weeks “meeting” (We bike ride at Samuel P Taylor Park’s Cross Marin Trail once a week – GIANT REDWOOD LINED PATH – best “office” to meet in EVER!), I took the bull by the horns and made Jim come to the library with me after our ride to print off his Kaiser blood work results from the last year.

  • A1C (the “gold standard” of Diabetic progress) Reading DOWN from 7.6 to 5.2 in just 4 MONTHS after starting EET

  • And this was with REDUCED medication!

  • 14 months later Jim’s reading is now at 5.0 – with even LESS medication!

  • Compare that to Jim’s 2007 a1c drop from 7.5 to 6.0 that was due ENTIRELY to medication!

In case you’re wondering, Jim says he prefers EETing real food using EET’s timing guidelines to trying to use a restrictive diet and taking more medication. 🙂
