  • First several days to offset gains from memorial Day Weekend

  • Graduation Parties

  • Kids at Home so more Temptation

  • Better weather = More activities = More food

  • More desire to get out of the house = More eating out

  • Barbecue Season Begins

 Probability of weight loss for the month – LOW

JULY

Obstacles to weight loss:

  • 4th of July Weeekend

  • Time Needed to lose additional weight gained over 4th weekend

  • Hotter Weather = Less vigorous activity/exercise

  • Kids at Home so more Temptation

  • More desire to get out of the house = More eating out

  • Barbecue Season

Probability of weight loss for the month – LOW

  • Everything listed in June and July above   PLUS

  • Summer Vacation

SEPTEMBER

  •  Labor Day Weekend

  • Time Needed to lose additional weight gained over summer vacation and Labor Day Weekend

Probability of weight loss for the month – Low to Moderate

 NOTE: The 2nd half of September could be a good time to lose a bit of weight but at this point you are likely to be frustrated that you have lost nothing or actually GAINED weight over the summer so it will take some time for you to become angry enough to recommit to yet another “yo-yo” diet plan.

  • A fair chance to recover all weight gained over the last 4 Summer months if you have not completely lost control during that time

  •  HALLOWEEN – a one day holiday?  Yeah ,right!

  •  Yet another yo-yo New Years Resolution and more money paid to “experts” who say “THIS is the year you’re really gonna do it!”

  1. All I can tell you is that I began on EETFIT Plan on Halloween weekend of 2010 and now I am having to add way more food to my diet because my weight just keeps on going down. Also I was always a believer that you should not enjoy your WINE or TOTTIES on any diet in my mind they were the caloric devil. I am here to vouch that I have done all this with my wine and Totties all in tact. It works for me and I LOVE IT!!! BIG SMILE.
