FIRST THE ACTUAL BLOOD TEST RESULTS – THEN THE STORY:
53 Point Drop in Cholesterol in 5 weeks — could EASILY have been more if I hadn’t “pushed the envelope” for the first 3 weeks– but what FUN is that? 🙂
Using EET’s Timing Guidelines I went ahead and dropped my Blood Glucose to it’s lowest level EVER and got my tryglycerides back in “Lance Armstrong” shape too. Unrelated to cholesterol, but always fun to share! 🙂
ANOTHER EET REVELATION
Mr. EET tells all EETers to get their bloodwork updated every 90-180 days. My latest 6 month update proves how important this is!
RESULTS: Everything still at optimal range – Except CHOLESTEROL – It had gone up 32 pts over the last 6 months ! I hadn’t gained any weight so what’s up with my cholesterol?
My Dr. explained that since high cholesterol runs in my family, it can be hard to control, and I might have to think about MEDICATION DOWN THE ROAD.

I had beaten Cholesterol with EET once before with a 38 point drop in 90 days, but now I was right back where I started.
That’s simply not good enough for EET.

That might be true – although many people are trying to eat “right” and getting NOWHERE! The bigger issue for me is, it certainly doesn’t sound very FUN or SUSTAINABLE for me – so let me share my two basic rules:
NO DEPRIVATION AND NO FOOD RESTRICTIONS.
AND I DID IT.
DROPPED MY CHOLESTEROL 53 POINTS IN 5 WEEKS
DROPPED IT 33 POINTS IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS ALONE!
And I know exactly HOW I did it, and I can help others do it too!
This EPIC KFC meal with a Taco Bell CARAMEL EMPANADA DESSERT was 3 days before my first Blood Test on EET’s 54321 Plan — Cholesterol was DOWN 20 pts at this point — Guess my cholesterol likes KFC? 🙂

To solve my cholesterol problems, I was not going to have to take medication or even add any supplements to what I was already doing.
THE WORLD CHANGING ANSWER:
I NEEDED TO EAT MORE FOOD AT THE CORRECT TIMES!
I’m good at that! 🙂 So I came up with a trial for EET’s #1 Guinea Pig – ME
For the 1st 3 Weeks of my trial — When I didn’t go out I was required to eat AT LEAST 500 CALORIES of Ice Cream — EVERY DAY! FUN! But, it’s actually harder than I’d thought it would be 🙂
See if this makes sense – every day you’re gonna shoot for 5 of one key step, 4 of another, 3 of another, 2 of another and 1 of another
54321 – GET IT?
That’s all you need to do – ADD those steps at the right timing and your cholesterol comes down – FAST.

Here’s more of the fun along the way to my 53 point drop in cholesterol (all from the first 3 weeks!). Honestly, it’s a small portion of the food I ate over the trial. I would be surprised if anyone needs more fun food than I had – might make weight loss a bit of a challenge – That’s where EET Fitness comes in — but that’s another story for another day!
THE TRIAL – WEEKS 1 – 3
RESULT: CHOLESTEROL DROPPED 20 PTS
During the first 3 weeks I went out of my way to eat EVERYTHING people tell you will harm your cholesterol – I tried to stick with national chains so everyone would be able to verify the things I ate. I ate things even I don’t normally eat (and that’s saying something) like KFC, Long John Silvers and Steak and Lobster.
I wanted to be sure it was 54321 lowering my cholesterol and not the experts version of “eating right”. Take a look at these pics and you’ll see – I was sure!
THE TRIAL WEEKS 4-5
RESULT: CHOLESTEROL DROPPED 33 PTS!
The only difference during the last 2 weeks of my trial was I went back to my NORMAL EET DIET. Here’s a couple of the meals I ate IN THE 5 DAYS BEFORE MY BLOOD TEST!
Comforts Pecan-Crusted Cinnamon Challah French Toast
Filled with sweetened cream cheese, rolled in pecans and topped with sliced strawberries; served with pure maple syrup 🙂
Papa Murphy’s Chicken, Artichoke and 7 cheese Pizza along with Royal Sweet Bakery’s Amazing Maple Bar Donut and chocolate layer cake — I ATE 3/4 OF THE PIZZA AND ALL THE DONUT AND CAKE (AND MORE) 2 DAYS BEFORE MY BLOOD TEST!
