Before i started the  EET program, my diabetes, blood sugar level, and cholesterol levels were out of control.  I started the ETT program and found it to be the best thing i had ever tried for both weight loss and my diabetes.  In six months my blood sugar levels have dropped from 300 or more to the low to mid 100’s with less insulin and my triglycerides dropped over 1000 points!  My Dr. was completely amazed by my results and said this kind of change was very surprising and rare, especially this quickly.

 I have been able to do this while still eating some of foods i love including  pizza, ice cream and  Prime Rib.   The thing that has most impressed me is about training you eating habits and body to certain patterns, and that it will reflect in your blood sugar levels and weight control.  This means some exercise with not eating the late night meals, and watching when you eat your carbs.   I lost over 13 pounds and im feeling much better than before i started with EET.   This is a lifestyle i can live with, knowing that i dont have to give up all the food i love,  but working on my timing of eating and exercise to help me maintain a healthly lifestyle.
