Did you really think EET Fitness was going to stop looking for ways to improve?
EET is always looking for new ways to help people lose more weight and have more FUN!
Well, Mr. EET found a new one — and it led to my reaching my lowest weight EVER after 3 1/2 years of following the EET Fitness Plan’s Timing and FUN! Guidelines.
I weighed in last Saturday at 160 lbs — a full 40 lbs below my start weight and 25 lbs BELOW my original goal! Another new low weight I have not seen since 8th Grade!
Sustained weight loss for Mr. EET. BUT — Research PROVES you are VERY LIKELY to gain back all weight lost if you don’t sustain it for 5 years. So EET wants to make weight loss FUN! because FUN is SUSTAINABLE! (click to enlarge).
How did I do it?
It sure wasn’t motivation or willpower. I have been VERY happy EETing away in my current weight range for over 2 years. BUT, I used the new knowledge I had gained from researching EET’s Webinars:

And two weeks later — I lost 10 1/2 lbs and reached my all time low. Now, I’m testing strategies to see just how SUSTAINABLE this new lower range of weight is — Tonight’s test will be featuring this:

TIME TO DEAL WITH 6 PACKS
As you can see from the picture above, even though Mr. EET reached his lowest weight of all time, he continues to have “4 Pack Abs” — and for me
THAT’S 4 PACKS TOO MANY!
Let me be crystal clear — I COULD NOT CARE LESS HOW MANY BUMPS ARE ON MY STOMACH WHEN I TAKE MY SHIRT OFF!
What the hell good have abs that show ever done for me? — in fact, they are harmful. I find myself thinking:
Are they showing up as well in this pic as the last pic?
How will I ever get more stomach definition while eating all the great foods I love that I’m not gonna stop eating.
