Football Coaches like Mike (now 30 lbs lighter!) have insane time demands before and during the season.  EET was BUILT by a Football Coach who LOVES FOOD so we know how to make weight loss, fitness and coaching work!

Man am I glad Mike is an EETer.

Oh sure there have been many guy EET Success Stories, but Mike is a high school football coach who loves food.  Problem is the way he was eating the food was causing more and more weight gain.

Sounds a lot like the story of someone I know!  Only difference is he’s actually a really good football coach–me?  Not so much.  But I’ve proven to be pretty good at the loving food and EETing part so that’s where EET can help Mike.  And it’s working.

After just 90 days, Mike has lost 30 lbs and he’s seen some nice health improvements in his blood sugar and other readings.  It’s been FUN! to work with Mike as we have built a really unique plan for him based around the incredible time demands placed on a football coach (endless practices, planning and game responsibilities).  We even have “daily practice”, “College Game Day” and “Monday Night Football” eating strategies we’re using — and we make adjustments as we go to make sure Mike has all the FUN! he needs while still seeing weight loss and improved health and fitness.

Here’s what Mike has to say about his first 90 days using EET:

EET is great!  I have been working with EET for three months now.  My A1c has come down from 6.7 to 5.6.  I have lost thirty pounds.  My energy level is better than it has been for a long while.  I am able to give my players a run for their money in short sprint challenges.  I have enjoyed trying to make eating fun and I think I am starting to get the hang of it.  I look forward to continuing to work with EET to reach my goals and then to maintain when I reach those goals.

Full disclosure — Mike’s amazing results are also due to his spouse.  One of EET’s greatest superstars Jo.   But Mike needed his own plan to make EET work just as many other couples are finding out as they succeed with EET.
