Lotsa hype last NEW YEARS with The 4 Hour Body. You would think the trend would go UP if the claims of the book were proving out, right? Not so much….BUT – Almost time for New Year’s hype again!

Nutrisystem must have a GREAT New Year’s Resolution Package — LOOK AT THAT ANNUAL TREND SPIKE!  Wonder how that’s workin’ out for those folks — Think I’ll ask them when they make the same mistake again in a couple of weeks….

The Dukan Diet, the latest Diet Craze, sweeping the nation–well, it was, when it was hyped anyhow.  Your results WON’T vary, because NO ONE can stay with this diet!    But check back in January, cuz the stats say many are doomed to try (and fail) yet again.

The Atkins Weight Loss Revolution!??  Hardly.  If you’ve tried Atkins, you know why even the New Years’ Resolution Effect can’t help it!

  Maybe you just didn’t know about the New Year’s Resolution Effect — now you do. It’s almost January 1, how many people do you know that are gonna be part of those “trending spikes” to yo-yo diet weight loss in 2012 that have failed them year after year after year.   The 4 Hour Body will be lucky if it even does that well–as studies prove weight loss books are far worse for weight loss than commercial diet plans.

If you want different results you need to do something DIFFERENT than deprivation and restrictions to lose weight and keep it off.
