Super Bowl Party Battle: EET Fitness vs Weight Watchers / Hungry Girl 10 Strategies – PREVIEW

Didn’t have room to add the EET’s Dessert Menu for Super Bowl Sunday — Rest assured it won’t involve low fat,  low carb or “fooling you” with a great tasting diet recipe!   However, EETers will also avoid a crazy free for all cheat day as well.  We’ll just EET!

Tonight at 6:15 PM PST  EET Fitness will go head to head with weight Loss giants Weight Watchers and one of their many spokespeople, The Hungry Girl.

We’ve researched our opponent’s tips and strategies and we’re gonna compare 10 of the best so you can decide which lifestyle is for you, and which approach is more effective for weight loss and fitness–AND HAPPINESS with your lifestyle!  Here’s a sneak preview:

Weight watchers says to enjoy your pizza and beer within your points available,  but work as much off as you can during the game too.  Sounds fun, eh? (click to enlarge)
