  1. Long Term is the key! Getting that thought in your head is so important!!! and the other key thought for me is just because I “blow it” (and it is not really blowing it) does not mean it is over! Just readjust your plan and move on! Such freeing concepts when you get them! Still working on it after almost a year but they are becoming more and more second nature.
