JUST 4 SHORT WEEKS AGO, Lindsay was like many fit people EET has helped. She was finding she was working out more and more, but seeing less and less results from it.
Lindsay and I met last month in Texas, and we did a short FUN workout together. She thought it was too easy (of course 🙂 ). I told her there was a lot EET could do to help her successfully run the March 25 half marathon she had signed up for – specifically:
1) WORK OUT LESS – NEVER more than 1/2 hour!!
2) Learn the rest of EET’s half marathon training techniques so she could love her exercise!
Lindsay smiled and nodded her head, but you could tell she was VERY skeptical. BUT, based on her friend Dr. Amy’s success, she joined EET and now 4 weeks later, she is skeptical no longer!

As one of those “hour at the gym, as hard as I can, EVERY day” types who eats “healthy” and still has to battle to maintain, much less lose any weight, I was very skeptical when Jon said I could achieve better results in 30 minutes a day of exercise and eating foods I enjoyed already with just a little tweaking and be ready to run a half marathon in a month….hmmmm….
BUT, when I met Jon I really liked his personality and energy and I had seen his success with one of my good friends, not to mention that for a single mom who’s also a full-time student and working, that hour at the gym was pretty much killing me, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try something different and to my surprise and happiness I have actually lost over 5 pounds and just finished a 10 mile run!! I love the extra time, energy and how my clothes are fitting and I don’t feel like I have given up anything at all food-wise. I’m very excited to see even more results…. and for this afternoons margarita!

LINDSAY’S FELLOW EET HALF MARATHONER UPDATES — WENDY AND DR. AMY
Dr. Amy shocked everyone by running 2 half marathons in the last few months with almost no road running. Wendy is doing even better than that. She’s on her way from the couch to a HALF MARATHON in 8 WEEKS!!
WENDY UPDATE — 10 MILE RUN COMPLETED AFTER JUST 6 WEEKS!! HOLY COW!
We introduced you to new EET Superstar Wendy HERE. She’s also set to run the half marathon on March 25. Wendy is RIGHT ON SCHEDULE going from the COUCH on Feb 1 to the completion of a 10 MILE RUN on March 14, 2012 — only her 7th TRAINING RUN in just 6 weeks!
Dr. AMY UPDATE – Personal Best on the Way!
Last but not least, Dr. Amy completed her 10 mile training run last week as well — her 3rd or 4th training run since completing the Tinkerbell Half Marathon at the end of January. No more worries about can she finish, we’re working on bringing her time down to a new personal best and EET has given Dr. Amy plenty of tools to do that.
We’ll update you after March 25 on how the race went for our 3 Half Marathoning EETers — can EET maintain it’s 100% success rate? WE THINK SO — and we have plans for expansion of our coaching services soon to prove EET Half marathon training can work in a hurry for just about anyone!
