Well it was big news to me anyhow — BUT here’s the REAL news from March 21, 2011
This article features “hot” Burgers from Unami Burger, Father’s Office and The Counter, and all the other big names – Write us if you want the EET’s opinions on any of them–as of Monday this week, we’ve tried em all!
And just to be clear, we’re not talking PALEO burgers without the bun, not Forks over Knives Burgers without, well, anything :-), we’re talking ’bout

So, when you get one of these bad boys in front of you, are you gonna “portion control it’? That would mean something like this:
Or better yet, you gonna pull of the entire bun? Not get any toppings? Get a gluten free, everything free veggie burger patty instead?
No Parmasean Garlic Fries? No Onion Strings? Should we even talk about dessert?
Are these deprivation and restriction strategies the best you’ve got for weight loss and fitness–OOPS!! Research is clear those strategies don’t work long term!! Should we strive to master “expert defined” Portion Control? Hmmm….How’s that been workin’ out for folks:
