They did it! EETers Wendy, Dr. Amy and Lindsay ALL finished the Dallas Rock and Roll Half Marathon. AMAZING TIMES too! and NONE ran more than 10 training runs since starting FEBRUARY 2012! WOW! How’s your fitness plan going? 🙂
Safe to say if you’re goal is to run a half or full marathon and you’re not using EET Fitness’ half marathon training techniques, you are running WAAAAYYYYY too much. And God Forbid if you are restricting your diet at the same time. You could be having so much more fun!
