“I really just want to thank you for creating this program. EET really is the only thing that has ever worked for me. I have had some struggles. I am an emotional eater and the biggest side effect of the medication I take is severe mood swings. But the structure of the program has really helped me keep the emotional eating at bay because I know just around the corner I can have that comfort food. It really helps to inspire you to keep on the program.“
— Victoria — Lost 25 lbs and Blood Pressure Meds in 90 days on EET (more below)
Victoria joined EET Fitness at our Dallas Seminars in February and was given The EETfit Timing Kit. The Kit was designed to produce weight loss of up to 30 lbs in 90 days using EET’s METABOLIC TIMING — in other words — EET says you’ll lose weight and become more fit by CHANGING THE TIMING of your Eating and Exercise. In other words:
*No Calorie Counting *No Forbidden Foods *5-30 minutes exercise *No Predefined Portion Control
Well, it’s been about 90 days, and Victoria “only” lost 25 lbs was able to go off her blood pressure meds–SO CLOSE! Oh yeah…
Victoria did not exercise AT ALL for her first 20 lbs of weight loss
Victoria suffers from PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) which as she explains it “makes it very easy to gain weight and very difficult to lose it due to an hormonal imbalance.”
The EETfit Timing Kit Teaches EETers The Basics of EET Metabolic Timing.
EET will take it, and more importantly so will Victoria! She has a lot more to say and she (and EET) are hoping you’ll take the TIME to hear her story:
I have been battling PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) since I was a teenager. PCOS is thought to be hereditary (my mom and both my sisters also have it). The key symptoms are high blood pressure, high cholesterol, rapid weight gain, ovarian cysts, pelvic pain, amenorrhea, diabetes and infertility. PCOS makes it very easy to gain weight and very difficult to lose it due to an hormonal imbalance. Over the last 10 years my weight has drastically fluctuated depending on what treatments I have been on. I had gained 30lbs in a little over a month at one point. No diet I have ever tried has worked, and exercise made me feel better, but did little to help with the weight.
Last summer I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. I went through several medications before it was controlled. Then in January my blood pressure spiked to 190/95 and my heart rate was around 120. After several visits to multiple specialists including a cardiologist and an endocrinologist with nobody finding anything wrong with me I decided it was time to become really serious about my weight. I was scheduled to have surgery for endometriosis the following month and decided when that was over I was going to finally do it.
A couple weeks later one of the Occupational Therapists where I work came into my office, and I noticed she had lost a drastic amount of weight. I asked her what she did, and that’s when she told me about EET, which just happened to be having an introductory meeting that week.
I decided to go, and began the program immediately after I had my surgery. I rapidly lost 20lbs (without any exercise as I was still healing). After that I had a Lupron Depot injection to try to keep the Endometriosis from coming back. One of the side effects of this drug is weight gain. I have not gained any weight while on this drug but have actually lost 5 more pounds thanks to EET and a daily exercise routine. Additionally, when I went in for my checkup (which I went to after I already been out of blood pressure pills for a month… oops!) my blood pressure was down to 120/46 – drug free. So my doctor decided it was time for me to come off. I feel so much better and have so much more energy since being on the program. I still have tachycardia, but most of my other symptoms have subsided and the tachycardia has improved. I have been removed from all medications related to my PCOS. I’m hoping this weight loss will continue and reverse the infertility effect that PCOS has had on me.
Although I know I will always have PCOS, EET has helped give me hope that I won’t always suffer from the more severe symptoms of it, and that I have found a way to stave off the rapid weight gain.
I really just want to thank you for creating this program. EET really is the only thing that has ever worked for me. I have had some struggles. I am an emotional eater and the biggest side effect of the medication I take is severe mood swings. But the structure of the program has really helped me keep the emotional eating at bay because I know just around the corner I can have that comfort food. It really helps to inspire you to keep on the program. When I posted on my own Facebook wall that I had gotten off the blood pressure I received an outpouring of support, but I also received a lot of people struggling with similar issues asking how I did it. I have recommend EET to them all. I have also recommended it to my PCOS support group. It is soooo hard to lose weight when you have PCOS. When I was diagnosed (after being misdiagnosed for years and years) my doctor gave me the side nod and told me he was so sorry that I had this, because it is so hard to manage and deal with.
I hope I can inspire other people with PCOS to give this program a try. The key component that causes weight gain in PCOS is insulin resistance or diabetes. I have been fortunate to have never had diabetes, but nearly everyone with this syndrome has insulin resistance. Over 60% of people with it are overweight or obese. So this is a common struggle. PCOS is the third leading cause of infertility in the US, so there is a huge group of people who are struggling out there who could benefit from this program. I hope the message reaches them all.
