5 Key Examples of Thinking Differently For Weight Loss, Fitness and LOVING Food More w EET

Hard to believe this thought can create weight loss and fitness eh?  It might be, except for the fact it HAS for many people for YEARS using EET!  Check out more examples of such “radical” thoughts below. (click to enlarge)

Here are a few examples of  EET Fitness’ thoughts using TIMING vs the established thoughts of deprivation dieting and painful exercise.  Are YOU open minded to new ideas?  More importantly can you abandon old ideas that have failed miserably??  (click to enlarge any of the slides)

So, are you truly interested in learning something new?  That you don’t have to suffer to lose weight?  That you can love food a LOT more than you do today?  That you shouldn’t exercise unless you WANT to?  The examples above show you a small sample of the thoughts EETers are taught for a new and far better way of thinking.

Feel free to give EET’s way of thinking a try.  Just know that years and years thinking you had to give up the foods you love, exercise painfully, and feel guilty every time you didn’t do what you “should” for your diet plan won’t disappear simply because you’ve decided it’s TIME for a lifestyle change (which is another thought we need to talk about 🙂 ).

Tonight at 6:30 PST at EET’s Webinar we’ll review the details of these key changes in thinking plus more including thoughts about:

  • Hunger

  • Stress eating

  • Boredom eating

  •  Portion Control

  • Guilt

And many, many more.
