To Diet or Not To Diet? THE Question for You to Start 2013

25 Reasons You Cheat On Your Diet And 2 Ways EET Fitness Solves Yo-Yo Cheating Nightmares

We’ll start our first 2013 blog post with our best wishes to all for a very happy and prosperous 2013!

During the coming year, if weight loss and/or fitness is part of your formula for happiness, EET Fitness would like to help. We have some “new and improved” features of The EET Fitness Plan coming your way soon, but now is not the time to discuss them.

Instead, we highly recommend that you start your weight loss and fitness efforts this year with a simple* question:

Should I diet this year or shouldn’t I?

*Sounds like a simple question, but answering it is anything by simple!

This weekend.  Eat and exercise however you feel appropriate, but spend more time really THINKING about this question.   Carefully consider the following factors:

1)  Why should you diet?

2)  Why shouldn’t you diet?

3) What have you decided in prior years and how did those decisions play out?

4) Can you make this decision for the entire year of 2013?  If not, why not?

EET WEBINARS RETURN

Next Wednesday, January 9, at 6:30 PM PST.  We’ll have our first live webinar of 2013.  It should be perfect TIMING because we are going to discuss THE question we asked above.  Feel free to send your thoughts and questions in advance so we can share some real feedback.  Hopefully, after this webinar, you’ll be ready to answer this most vital weight loss and fitness question and set yourself up for success in 2013 (no matter what answer you decide!).
