We’ll start our first 2013 blog post with our best wishes to all for a very happy and prosperous 2013!

During the coming year, if weight loss and/or fitness is part of your formula for happiness, EET Fitness would like to help. We have some “new and improved” features of The EET Fitness Plan coming your way soon, but now is not the time to discuss them.

Instead, we highly recommend that you start your weight loss and fitness efforts this year with a simple* question:

Should I diet this year or shouldn’t I?

*Sounds like a simple question, but answering it is anything by simple!

This weekend.  Eat and exercise however you feel appropriate, but spend more time really THINKING about this question.   Carefully consider the following factors:

1)  Why should you diet?

2)  Why shouldn’t you diet?

3) What have you decided in prior years and how did those decisions play out?

4) Can you make this decision for the entire year of 2013?  If not, why not?
