20 SATISFYING Foods You Didn’t Realize Can Save Your Diet. MOST NO PREP TIME!

Short and Sweet 15 EET Diet Saving Time

Satisfaction with your food during a diet challenge situation is defined by 3 things:  1) Truly enjoying the foods you choose to eat,  2) Knowing you can reach your goals eating them and, 3) Not taking too much TIME or effort to obtain and prepare them.  See below for examples.

EET Fitness continues to search for answers that can work for long term weight loss and fitness in the real world.  Our lastest efforts have us searching for SATISFYING foods and meals you can make with little to no prep time to make your dieting as painless as possible.

In our most recent webinar EET Food FAST Time (now recorded ), EET offered up 10 specific super easy recipes that you can be eating in no more than 5 minutes.  You can read more about those recipes HERE.

TONIGHT at 6:30 PM PST, EET expands our menu of truly satisfying options by sharing:

20 DIET SAVING foods you will want by your side when the going gets rough and your diet is on the line.

You think you already know plenty of diet foods, right?  I’ll bet you’re guessing foods like:

Broccoli?  Kale?  (It’s a “super food” you know!)  Almonds? Salad?  Cantalope?  Cottage Cheese?  Not even close.   Those foods END diets!!  We didn’t say DIET foods we said DIET SAVING foods.

Diet saving foods “minimize the damage” of eating the wrong types of foods at the wrong times, but more importantly, these foods can also truly satisfy your cravings and portion needs at those critical times you face eating challenges and your  ready to “go off” your diet, possibly for good.  One more thing — The 20 diet saving foods we are covering tonight are only focused on ENTREES and SIDE DISHES.   NONE of these foods are

  • Sweet Treats

  • Savory Treats

  • Sauces and Toppings

We have plenty of those to cover too–and we’ll do just that in upcoming blog posts and webinars.  Plus there are NO Recipes — these are simply entrees/sides you can eat IMMEDIATELY with little to no prep.

Here are two examples (EET does NOT recommend you try these foods, unless you have developed a clear plan and understand them in the context of the EET Food Time Plan!!  Please read disclaimer below):
