Broccoli?  Kale?  (It’s a “super food” you know!)  Almonds? Salad?  Cantalope?  Cottage Cheese?  Not even close.   Those foods END diets!!  We didn’t say DIET foods we said DIET SAVING foods.

Diet saving foods “minimize the damage” of eating the wrong types of foods at the wrong times, but more importantly, these foods can also truly satisfy your cravings and portion needs at those critical times you face eating challenges and your  ready to “go off” your diet, possibly for good.  One more thing — The 20 diet saving foods we are covering tonight are only focused on ENTREES and SIDE DISHES.   NONE of these foods are
