You probably agree that when it comes to places to eat for weight loss or health the Cheesecake Factory deserves the big, fat F that “Eat This, Not That!” awarded them (Mcdonalds Grades B+ fwiw).
You probably believe that fat people need to avoid Cheesecake Factory like the plague or surely choose from the low calorie “skinnylicious menu” if they want to eat healthier and lose weight. The entire weight loss industry, health experts and nearly every person on earth seems to share this opinion.
As the two pics above prove: Nothing could be further from the truth.
