Years later, myself and other EETers still use these successfully. I figured it was time to share some more stupid tricks (I never seem to have a shortage 🙂 ).
So, tomorrow, in our latest installment of EET’s new video series, I’ll share 5 more stupid weight loss tricks that work. How do I know? Each of them has worked for ME in helping me stay below my goal weight for over 5 years.
Much like the prior list, these new tricks involve NO EFFORT. What this means is all 5 of these tricks:
Take almost NO TIME out of your day
Do not restrict your food choices or portions even the slightest bit
Do not require you to do a single exercise or be one bit more active.
