Eating is great (though we always use a much larger spoon), and praying is cool, but EET Fitness has 2 different keys plus LOVE for losing weight using activities.
Can you lose weight and become more fit doing activities instead of exercise? Absolutely. Can you lose weight and keep it off (= LONG TERM) using activities? That’s a much much much much better question!
One thing is certain — you will not see long term success parking at the far end of the parking lot during a rainstorm, or putting laundry away one item at a time, unless you somehow truly enjoy those activities. You’re far better off spending that time lounging in a comfy chair with a big bowl of ice cream, thinking about how you can make EET Activities work for you.
