Happy New Year to All!
EET Fitness is pleased to announce that the first book detailing EET’s Guidelines is getting loaded on Kindle as we speak and will be available as soon as possible (a paperback version will also be available). I’m hoping for this weekend, but you know how these things go so we’ll just say as soon as possible for now.
It’s Not What You Eat, It’s WHEN You Eat It offers 25 Guidelines that explain how EET Timing works for weight loss and fitness with

- NO limits on portion size

And perhaps most importantly

These have never before been published. Plus the book includes the science, research and studies that helped build EET’s Guidelines. We’re anxious to show people just how different EET is from any other diet and to get your feedback and reviews.
I had to go with ice cream for the cover since lots of ice cream has been my key to 5+ years of successful weight loss and fitness with EET, but don’t worry, there are lots of additional food pics in the book — My Hot Fudge Sundae Burger From Calamity Jane’s near Portland was the runner up–wish they would have added whipped cream – oh well. 🙂
