Can You Truly Decide “You’re Ready” For Weight Loss and Fitness?

The following observation is my opinion based on years of experience, research and working with hundreds of clients. 

Believing you can decide that there are better or worse times to focus on your weight, fitness and relationship with food; better or worse times you want to get help and support in your weight loss and fitness efforts and that there are times it’s okay to consciously decide to ignore your efforts and goals for weight loss and fitness is exactly the same as accepting a life where you will routinely choose to gain weight and become less fit.

Translation:  You are always on an eating and exercise plan: there is no decision here.  The only decision that is yours is how effective that plan will be at all times for your weight, fitness and most importantly, your quality of life.
