Jacy is one of EET’s greatest success stories. A Personal Trainer and certified kettlebell instructor who had the courage to learn EET and accept that food restrictions, calorie counting and FORCED exercise are not the solution for long-term results. She’s lost a bunch of weight and kept it off for 3 YEARS while managing the stresses of a family of 5 using The EET Timing Diet. When I asked Jacy for a message to current and future EETers, here’s what she had to say:

Hoping that more people will be on board to learn how to manage their eating timing and incorporate non-stressful injury-free exercise into their routines. Planning a group EET Class for my clients and their friends….
Jacy is EET’s best example of “if she can do EET, YOU can do EET”. She tried the “healthy eating” and endless exercise route for years, and gained weight for years. She had to accept that motivation, willpower and struggling to burn as many calories as possible at all times is a recipe for WEIGHT GAIN NOT WEIGHT LOSS long term. That’s not easy for most dieters, but it’s incredibly hard for someone in the fitness industry!!
