This one minute video shows you my exact stretch routine as part of my daily EETfit Metabolic Exercise that has kept me injury free for the last 7 years. The move I call “the stretch I love to hate” looks a little odd–but I learned it from a Navy Seal and it works!! Anyhow, 5 basic moves and that’s it.
