Fitness Study: ONE Simple Exercise Can Predict DEATH > Age 51 SCORE MY TEST VIDEO!


6 year living exerciseEarly workouts suck imho.   So it only makes sense that I tried the Sitting Rising Test at 7:30 AM barely awake after a night of excessive alcohol, processsed food and refined sugar 🙂 .  Judge my score in the video below!

RESULTS of The Study:  “Musculoskeletal fitness, as assessed by Sitting Rising Test (SRT), was a significant predictor of mortality in 51–80-year-old subjects.”  Each unit increase in SRT score conferred a 21% improvement in survival.”

EET COMMENTS:  Be skeptical if you like, but how does that help you?  Ignoring this remarkable study and other FUNCTIONAL FITNESS moves would be very foolish.  IMPORTANT:  Do not try EITHER of the exercises shown in the videos below without consulting your health professionals and a proper EET Progression — HIGH RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY!!
