Proof 2015 Obesity Expert Research = 2008 EET Fitness Research for Diet, Weight Loss, Health

Since 2008 (nearly 7 Years) have you weighed what you want, had the health and fitness levels you want, and eaten EVERYTHING you want in the portions you want? Experts seem to like the new way obesity research is headed which is exactly where EET was heading back in 2008.   Yesterday EET shared the lastest 2014 breakthrough on cravings by researchers at Brown University that EET published in 2011 and has used and taught since 2008.

That 2014 Brown study is “indicative of a recent shift in the field toward examining neurological treatment rather than physical activity, which has been the norm”, explained Katie Becofsky, a postdoctoral research fellow who was not involved in the study.

Demos (Brown Study Leader) said she wants to do further research on how these methods could work to reduce cravings over an extended period, as scientists “don’t know how these strategies could affect cravings over a longer period of time.”   EET does….Dr. Demos and any other researcher interested can start their future research here:

EET is not claiming to have all the answers, but we appear to be about 7 years ahead of the curve.  Will EET continue to head in the right direction?  Nothing is guaranteed, but….
