EET keeps delivering results beyond my dreams!  Here’s a video sample of  my 30 minute TV Show living out EET Guideline #16  Essentials for Success:  TV, Couch and Lots of Food!  The menu featured the Bistec and Cubano Sandwiches from mega-popular Sol Food, along with White Fudge covered Oreos, and a whole bunch more!

And, for you exercise fanatics: below you’ll also find a video sample of one of the cardio oriented EETfit Metabolic exercise I did for Time to Get Fit (Airs Tuesday’s 9 PM Marin TV) that came before the feast.  Hope you enjoy my EETing adventures — Feel free to share–THIS is what I get joy from every day for seven years and now can share it as TV series!

    • Hi Kelli Great to hear from you! I do believe EET has gotten more user friendly but its still WAY different from restrictive dieting so you do want to learn some basics. The most successful approach without a doubt has been to sign up for personal training for $150 per month which includes a weekly call to create your weekly “game plan” and any other support you need. It’s my goal with each client to see them REDUCE their fees and meet less often within 6 months. BUT you can do a few things to “test the water” before spending much money that I also think will give you a legit chance to succeed on EET 1) Go to http://www.eetffit.com and download EET’s free Personal Training Guide — review that and see if it makes some sense–try a few things in there if you like 2) Buy EET’s book It’s not what you eat it’s WHEN you eat it on amazon for $2.99 and see if shows you how EET works to a level you can apply it. You can always contact us directly for a session or two to get an EET plan started at any time–hope one of these methods helps!
