We’ll meet weekly via Skype, Facetime or phone where we’ll lay out your weekly game plan and make sure you’re progressing towards your goals.
You won’t need any equipment or gym to do EET’s 1-30 minute workouts, but you can use them if you like. The fees are $100 initial consult and $50 per session.
