AccelerEETors: 4 Minute EET Exercise That Keeps Me In Marathon Condition

This 30 second video shows the format of the 4 minute AccelerEETor that creates so much fitness I give it a lot of the credit for my ability to run the Napa Marathon with only 5 Training Runs.  That was 2010 — but I could still do it today—5 years later even though I NEVER do road running.  However I won’t — cuz I don’t want to!  Though you will find me on an occasional 10 mile trail run.

In any case, AccelerEETors are a great example of EET’s commitment to keeping all workouts from 1-30 minutes MAX for optimal fitness.  Plus, they ain’t too bad for fat burning either if you TIME them right as part of an EETfit Metabolic Exercise routine!  Here’s the AccelerEETor in action.  Plus, if you like, you can check out EET exercise videos of other routines below.

You don’t need any equipment or gym to do EET’s 1-30 minute workouts, but you can use them if you like.  If you want to see how EET works first hand, I’m still adding a few new personal training clients! IMPORTANT:  ANYONE CAN DO EET EXERCISE! You start from you’re current fitness level (even if you don’t have one 🙂 ) and progress from there without painful workouts and without risking injury!  EET has worked for Elite athletes and total couch potatoes!
