Video: Yoga HIIT Intervals, Metabolic Circuits for Busy Foodies – EET Exercise YOGAvals!

This short video shows the format of EET’s new 5/5/5 Strength Circuit YOGAval for busy foodies that don’t have time for traditional Yoga.  There’s also an attractive woman and a Giant Maple Bacon Donut for your viewing pleasure.  One of EET”s better video efforts, I must say :-).

In any case, this demo YOGAval circuit is a great example of EET’s commitment to keeping all workouts from 1-30 minutes MAX for optimal fitness.  Plus, they ain’t too bad for fat burning either if you TIME them right as part of an EETfit Metabolic Exercise routine! EET has developed many other YOGAval HIIT and Metabolic Strength Circuit routines that we’ll share soon.   Here’s are YOGAvals in action.  Plus, if you like, you can check out EET exercise videos of other routines below.

You don’t need any equipment or gym to do EET’s 1-30 minute workouts, but you can use them if you like.  If you want to see how EET works first hand, I’m still adding a few new personal training clients! The fees are $100 initial consult and $50 per session.   I will only accept a limited number of personal training clients so if you’re interested, now is the time!  Just drop me an email at  More info on EET’s website
