I feel badly for Gretchen and her readers. She and other NY Times Columnists has been writing about how to lose weight using timing for years — and not very well I’m sorry to say.  Here’s Gretchen’s latest effort:

You don’t need any equipment or gym to do EET’s 1-30 minute workouts, but you can use them if you like.  If you want to see how EET works first hand, I’m still adding a few new personal training clients!
