Exercise BETTER than Crossfit I Gave Up Weightlifting 7 Years Ago: Jump Rope / Bands DEMO

I truly don’t get it.  While women everywhere seem to be excited about getting bodies that look like men using Crossfit and weights, jump rope sends the PERFECT metabolic message to your body — to get faster you have to be LEAN AND FIT.  Plus the convenience, portability,  gym and equipment cost savings, lower risk of injury, cardio endurance and other health benefits blow crossfit and weightlifting away.

This is attractive to ladies?  Speaking as a man, gonna have to respectfully puke…errrr…disagree.  But hey keep pushing that iron if that’s your thing.  Guess we’ll just agree to disagree….

Anyhow, I crank out some rope, then mix in some strength training with bodyweight stuff, resistance bands and occasionally dumbbells and 7 years later at age 52 I’ve lost a bunch of weight, have completely avoided injuries and have never been more fit.   Oh yeah, I get all this done within a half hour too.    I strongly recommend jump rope for guys too — but if you’re looking to get huge it may not be the best fit.  Here’s a demo of a workout with a guy that used to do weights and crossfit — we’re gonna see what EETfit Metabolic Exercise can do for him over the next few months.

You don’t need any equipment or gym to do EET’s 1-30 minute workouts, but you can use them if you like.  If you want to see how EET works first hand, I’m still adding a few new personal training clients!
