We are uploading our new Go Easy Exercise book to Kindle today (loading as we speak) and those who generously agreed to read and review will be receiving their free copy.  While there will be many additional demo and educational videos added, the book offers step by step guidance on how to succeed with one of 10 different 1-30 minute exercise routine to reach your goals. We are ready for some feedback and look forward to our reviews.
