85 lbs lost in 10 days with all 20 players contributing some weight loss — NICE START for the EETing Streak Game!

Surprise Surprise 🙂

Superstar EETer Jo took over the lead in EET’s “EETing Streak” Game Trial.  There is a non-EETer now in 2nd place right behind her though!  In a 2 week game ANYTHING can happen.

In addition to 9 lbs in 10 days, Jo has now lost over 100 lbs total and is about ready to smash some new barriers in her amazing transformation.

Here’s what Jo had to say about her experience with EET’s new Weight Loss Game so far:

Having so much FUN on this EETing STREAK train, I don’t want to stop!  These first 10 days have given me yet another perspective on EET and having FUN while doing it.  Looking forward to the next 4 days.  Go EETamaniacs!!!

AND Jo’s Team, the EETamaniacs came up with a bunch more weight loss and now have a very slim lead over the Baby Ruth’s, who are more than holding their own.

Meanwhile

All 20 Players have lost a total of 85 lbs in 10 days — that’s an average of over 4 lbs per player!

The game ends this weekend — we’ll see which team can produce the best EETing Streak and win this first ever game.

Mark Uses EET Base Day, 3rd Rule Now 14 Lbs BELOW GOAL AFTER 2 YEARS!

The EET Fitness Plan has had a lot of new success stories lately.  BUT what sets EET apart from all other plans is the fact our older success stories SUSTAIN THEIR WEIGHT LOSS!

EET Hall of Famer Mark has even taken that up a notch. 

Mark has been on EET since Oct. 2009 and cruised into EET’s Hall of Fame in Nov 2010.  Mark maintained a weight 5-10 lbs below his original goal weight all that time, but more recently, decided FOR FUN to see if he could take his weight down another notch.

EET was more than happy to oblige.  With EET’s new tools of an EET base day and EET’s 3rd Rule of Exercise, Mark was able to take his weight down from an already lean 168 down to 161!  And two thoughts to remember,

1)  Mark is not as young as he used to be 🙂 — Guess that “timing to help your metabolism” thing Mr. EET keeps yapping about matters!  and

2) He did this nearly 2 years after starting EET, while most dieters are just starting their billionth ride (approximately :-)) up and down the yo-yo that is conventional dieting.

To the best of my knowledge, Mark has never counted a calorie, and he has NEVER been told to restrict one single food from his diet.  All he has done is follow the timing guidelines of the EET Fitness Plan, and continue to learn EET’s new concepts so he can keep improving his SKILLS — not find ways to improve his willpower!

Mark went from not being able to do 1 V-up to new levels of “insane” fitness with EET’s 3rd Rule of Exercise!

Here’s what Mark had to say about his most recent success after nearly 2 years on EET:

Having started the EET Fitness Plan in October 2009, losing 29 lbs. in 4 months and keeping it off, I found myself beginning to gain a few pounds back!  Why?  My fitness level was still strong, my EETing habits were stellar, but I hadn’t kept up the discipline of weekly forecasting and I was feeling “stale” in my exercise routine.  I was getting cocky!

With vacation season coming up and wanting to get back to my record low weight which meant losing 7 lbs., I contacted Mr. EET for advice and an EET check-up.  We discussed the Base Day concept as a way to step-up the messages I was sending my metabolism and Mr. EET also “took me out to the woodshed”, encouraging me to re-start my weekly forecast.

 In the 2 weeks since that conversation, I have re-started my forecasts and challenged myself to step-up my exercise routines by combining enhanced Swedish intervals with selected exercises within a 30 minute duration.  These enhanced exercise days occur 3-4 days each week and I apply EET’s 3rd Rule of Exercise; the other days are my normal days using a peak Swedish interval session and strength circuit/Tabata on the other days.  I work in a rest day if/when needed.

 In other words, I have given my body a reason to change!  The return to forecasting has big a big help, too; remember, what gets tracked, gets done…!

Besides the principles of the Base Day (and the secret 3rd rule), I incorporate some of the rules of DiEET to accelerate my weight loss.  Not to the point of dieting or giving up the foods I love, but to the point where the increasing fitness and selected foods do the trick.

The results: in 3-4 weeks, I have lost 7 lbs. with normal eating and my fitness level has improved to my highest level yet.  Overall great success over nearly 4 weeks with DiEet, base days and 3rd rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Commitment to learning/improving makes EET a permanent solution to weight loss and fitness — while also creating new challenges and keeping things fun.

Mark was nice enough to send over his journals during this process — EET will make those available to other EETers in the very near future along with other successful EETer Journals and forecasts, so members can look very forward to seeing “how they did it”.

EET DIET SUCCESS: Actor Monterey, 59 Loses 17 Lbs in 60 days w/DiEET -PICS!

UPDATE 5/15/2011 — Monterey just finished his 2nd month on EET and has now lost 17 lbs!  He is BELOW his goal weight–So now he’s adding regular treats to his DiEET Plan and staying in a nice SUSTAINABLE range.

In just 30 short days, Monterey, used EET’s DiEET Timing “Script” to drop 12 pounds and become EET’s Fitness’ latest success story.

Monterey is an actor, and, as great actors like to do, he did a bit of “improv” along the way to deliver the performance EET was looking for to “keep it fun”!  Here’s Monterey talking about his EET experience thus far:

I’ve made it through a full blown St. Patty’s Day dinner, 3 business lunches out on the town and 2 days of nothing but Craft Services on a movie set and I’m still moving towards my target. “DiEET WORKS…… IF YOU WORK IT!”

So that’s like 5 days off the script (BUT NOT OFF HIS EET PLAN–VERY IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE!) — and he’s only been on DiEET 30 days total!

Plus, Monterey is 59, and his years of metabolism working for him should be well past, right?  NOT WITH EET’s TIMING creating the most efficient metabolism possible!  While Monterey had a nutritious and balanced diet without all the treats many EETers enjoy on a daily basis– starvation and deprivation are not necessary with DiEET.

The best part about working with Monterey is his great understanding of EET’s focus on SUSTAINABILITY.   He does the DiEET script when he can, but EET continues to work with him to expand his options (brownies and some SWEET corned beef come to mind!) at the correct times while still seeing weight loss.

EET Ryan Loses 12 lbs 1st Month w/3 Vacations! U Gotta Read This!

Ryan’s EET Fitness Plan story reads like an Action Movie Script —

Check out this “Can’t Miss Blockbuster” for all Dieting Fans!  It just keeps getting BETTER!

ACT 1  RYAN EET PIONEER

Ryan was one of EET’s FIRST trial members back in the Summer of 2009.  He lost nearly 20 pounds in about 2 months and was raving about EET’s Timing and how well it works.

Turns out he was actually just crash dieting (after repeated warnings to learn EET’s guidelines for Sustainability), because when he “fell off the wagon” one NFL Sunday, he felt like a failure and that one splurge ENDED his EET efforts.

But it gets better.

ACT 2 Ryan’s Ready THIS TIME! No REALLY!

Fast forward to February 2011, and Ryan called back — SURPRISE!  He’d gained all the weight back but he’s now was REALLY READY “this time” and can’t wait to try the new and much improved EET that we’ve developed since those early trial days.

Ryan was all for using EET’s DiEET plan for the fastest possible weight loss, so we got him all set up for that–We updated you on Ryan’s outstanding 7 pound weight loss the first week HERE:

But Ryan’s story gets better.

After the first week of Ryan’s planned 2 week DiEET “quick start”, Ryan informed EET he had forgotten about  2 different MULTIPLE DAY vacation eating situations he could not get out of (one was a WEEK LONG visit by the in laws who love to be entertained!)

Here was Ryan’s first chance to see how EET is truly different and to get out of “diet think”.

Using EET Forecasting and EET Consultations, there was no reason for Ryan to go “off” his EET plan and he made it through the next couple of weeks with MANY restaurant meals and

Ryan had still lost over 10 pounds — in just 3 weeks!

Safe to say most people would have GAINED weight during this time.

But Ryan’s story gets even BETTER.

ACT 3  You Gotta Be Kidding Me – VEGAS?

After a week of more normal EETing, Ryan casually mentioned to EET that he forgot that he’s got a several day TRIP TO VEGAS planned – THIS COMING WEEKEND!    Since he gave EET “so much” lead time, we forecasted as best we could using DiEET again for a few days before the trip.

Result:

Ryan left for vegas down a STAGGERING 15 pounds within his first Month on EET!

Can this story get any better?  YES!

ACT 4   Vegas Baby!

Here’s part of what Mr. EET wrote Ryan the DAY BEFORE his vegas Trip:

3)  Come back still 10 pounds below where you started — Don’t just “let loose” –it’s not that fun and it’s gonna undo some great work you’ve done–have 1 REALY fun meal each day (with water and fiber and a veggie) and 1 meal with 1-2 treats that you are more careful — if you HAVE to have a snack — keep it minimal and lots of water with it.

hope you have a great time and hope EET can be part of it because you’ve made it through some tough distractions already and if you can get through this one and still be down 10+ lbs you are well on your way to permanent weight loss.

Ryan could have gained 4-5 POUNDS in 3 days and still been incredibly successful by any standard.  Surely he would relax and enjoy his trip and when he returned we would CELEBRATE his success at having lost 10 pounds in his first month with THREE FREAKING VACATIONS!  RIGHT?????!!!!!

I know the suspense is killing you!  You are wondering….

Does it get BETTER?

ACT 5  We’re Not There Yet.

Here’s Ryan’s email to Mr. EET after getting back from Vegas:

I left last Friday 15 pounds lost weighed in this morning 12 lbs below my starting weight.

I was unable to follow EET very well as schedule did not permit as well as being with part of a group of 8.

However, I did keep EET in mind at every meal and did not ‘pig out’ even at the buffet. I did not once eat right away after waking up each day (waited at least 3 hours +).

I am sure that this is not what you were wanting to see in my update, but it is what it is. If you would like for me to give you a better breakdown of the past 4 days, let me know.

Ryan has accomplished one of the most incredible weight loss months in EET HISTORY!  Perhaps in ANY diet’s history —

But he still feels guilty and THINKS he “went off” EET!!

Since he refuses to believe me, SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL RYAN

YOU DIDN’T GO OFF EET RYAN

— YOU FOLLOWED IT PERFECTLY and you just completed the GREATEST DIETING MONTH IN HISTORY!

Why aren’t you CELEBRATING your 12 pound weight loss and saying how the EET guidelines you COULD follow got you there and you’re now an EETer for life and well on your way to EET’s Hall of Fame!

So many people who want to lose weight think just like Ryan – It’s GOT to stop!

“DIET THINK” will cause a lot more guilt, shame and weight loss than any ice cream or pizza ever could.  Make a plan, do the best you can and CELEBRATE YOUR SUCCESSES!

Now EET just has to convince Ryan of this — and about a billion other people.

Not the ending I’d hope for but at least we can all look forward to:

Check out what EETer Lisa did last week!  She lost 5 pounds (she doesn’t have much more to lose!) on EET’s DiEET Plan of TIMING a conventional diet and didn’t even know it.  6 Other EETers also went on DiEET and 4 of them lost over 5 lbs last week as well!
